Connor joined Petra in 2025 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and collaborating with portfolio company management in the development and execution of value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining Petra, Connor was an Associate at Primus Capital in Atlanta, Georgia. While at Primus, Connor evaluated new investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies in the healthcare, cybersecurity, and education sectors.

Connor began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in Washington, D.C. While at Houlihan, Connor worked on a variety of M&A transactions across the aerospace and defense, business services, and government software sectors.

Connor earned a B.S. in Commerce with a Finance Concentration from The University of Virginia.
