Corey joined Petra in 2020 and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and portfolio monitoring. Corey currently sits on the board at Shipley Associates and Keystone Foam.

Prior to joining Petra, Corey was a Private Equity Associate at The Halifax Group in Dallas, Texas. While at Halifax, Corey evaluated investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies in the health & wellness, outsourced business services and franchising sectors.

Corey started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc. While at Stephens, Corey worked on a variety of M&A transactions across multiple industry verticals and assisted in the evaluation of private equity investments for Stephens Capital Partners.

Corey earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from The University of Alabama.
