Mari-Kate oversees all aspects of Petra’s operations, benefits management and reporting, and human resources. She joined Petra in 2021 and has over 20 years experience in a variety of fields, including banking, construction, operational and marketing services.  Mari-Kate earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
