Todd Vick

Todd is a healthcare and IT executive that operates and grows small to mid-sized businesses.  His 30-year career has been focused on partnering with founders and other business leaders to professionalize businesses, providing a financial, operating and investor perspective to strategic decisions.  Specifically, Todd has led companies through business infrastructure transformations to better capture, organize, and analyze data for strategic and operational decision making.  Additionally, he has a long track record of leading buy-side and sell-side M&A cycles to increase and monetize shareholder value.  He has a wide range of industry experiences, spanning from IT services to healthcare service providers to pharmacy.

Todd has served in private equity backed business for almost 20 years.  He served as Chief Financial Officer of Navigator Systems, an IT services firm focusing on business intelligence for Fortune 500 clients.  During his time there, Navigator was named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing small businesses in America five consecutive years and enshrined into the Inc. Magazine Hall of Fame.   Todd led the eventual sale of Navigator to Hitachi Consulting where he served for four years as the leader of their world-wide M&A function, acquiring other IT services firms.  Later Todd served as the CEO of Opportune IT, a healthcare consulting and software firm focusing on the revenue cycle and health information management systems of large hospitals and health systems.  After a series of divestitures and acquisitions, the company was sold to Streamline Health who has since adopted Opportune IT’s software as its flagship product. Most recently, he served as President and CFO of Tarrytown Expocare, a national long-term care pharmacy focusing on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in group home settings. Todd partnered with the founder, managing the recapitalization of the business through a strategic process to a private equity firm.  He remained on in the same role post-transaction to lead the business through multiple years of organic and acquisitive growth and enhance the infrastructure needed to support its rapid growth.

Todd has an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting, both from the University of Virginia.
