(July 27, 2016) – Petra Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, today announced its $10.0 million growth capital investment in Austin, TX based BP3 Global, Inc. BP3 is a global provider of business process and decision management (BPM) software and services to the Fortune 500. The investment will, in part, help BP3 speed up the development of its proprietary Brazos software platform, which collects data, surfaces actionable insights and then makes suggestions or changes to a customer’s business process. As part of the transaction, Petra General Partner Rob Smith will join BP3’s Board of Directors.
