Service companies typically possess many of the qualities we look for in an investment including large and growing target markets, recurring revenue, low capital expenditures, and high returns on invested capital. Furthermore, service companies often find securing senior debt challenging due to a lack of fixed assets. We are able to fill the gap in a service company’s capital structure with our ability to provide the right mix of subordinated debt and equity.
