Santé Pediatric Services, based in Ft. Worth, TX, is the largest provider of pediatric rehabilitation services in the state. The Company offers customizable therapy programs for children that include Speech & Language Pathology, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy in both clinic and/or home settings. Petra invested $5.4 million consisting of subordinated debt with warrants and preferred stock in support of the acquisition of Santé by Transition Capital Partners and Enhanced Equity Fund. Petra was joined in the transaction by Bush O’Donnell Capital Partners. |
