SpecialtyCare is the nation's leading provider of outsourced perfusion, autotransfusion, anesthesia technician, and surgical blood management services to hospitals. Petra initially invested $7.0 million in subordinated debt in partnership with Altaris Capital Partners to recapitalize the Company and to support SpecialtyCare's continued growth. Petra completed a follow on $7.0 million sub debt investment to support a strategic acquisition, bringing its total investment in the Company to $14.0 million. |
